I lived in Cumberland for 2 years in multiple floor layouts. The location is phenomenal and the living spaces are ideal. What sets it apart are the residents and the staff. The residents are incredibly friendly and the staff does it's best to ensure everyone feels part of the Cumberland family. This includes the management staff, concierge members and maintenance team. Over time I've grown to consider these people great friends. It's a fun place to live with quarterly events and eventful weekends. It's also great to be able to walk 5 minutes to Bridgestone/Broadway. Everyone is responsible, adult and kind. I moved for work out of state otherwise I'd still be here.

Cute place but front desk people aren’t very helpful though. Both times I asked for help with something, the person was like ummm the next person should know more about that I’m about to leave. Lol

The Cumberland Apartments are located in the best spot in town. Staff is awesome, particularly Jordan. I had an issue getting in the building because of security. Neighbors are pretty chill.

I love the Cumberland. The concierge are so helpful and always have a smile on their faces. The leasing staff are always willing to help me with anything I need. Of all the places I have lived this is the BEST! The location is AWESOME! I drive an SUV and had a hard time parking in the little spots but I mastered it.

The Cumberland is a great place to live! Although the parking garage is a little tight for bigger vehicles, this location can't be beat. Being front and center for so much happening in downtown Nashville is awesome. There is a lot of construction happening all around (I can see 5 construction cranes from my bedroom window!) but noise hasn't ever really been an issue. There are currently renovations being done on the building--I'm excited about how it is all going to look when it is done. It looks like the remodel and updates in the lobby are gonna be awesome! And the new fitness center is great too. I love that I don't need a separate membership to a gym. The staff is warm and friendly, and although I haven't lived there long, I feel a real sense of community about the place. I'm proud of where I live and looking forward to meeting more of my neighbors soon!

A concierge staff that mirrors the service of a 5 STAR Hotel similar to the cast in the blockbuster film; “Pretty Woman!â€Wow . . . Cumberland on Church is simply Nashville’s BEST all around, and one visit to this amazing property will prove it. So . . . what are you waiting for?!

Not bad but broken elevator but nice layout and unfortunately no pool.

I stayed in the guest suite as a visitor of the resident. The staff was very nice and they had some kind of Thanksgiving potluck going on. I was pretty impressed and would definitely enjoy it if I lived here.

The location is awesome, the appts are sorta cookie-cutter but the views are what make it special. The parking does suck, but its my first time living in a building with an underground parking garage so that might be standard. Seems that your having to creep around cars while looking for a space because nobody knows how to park far enough up.The staff is really great as well, very helpful and responsive.
