Good coffee options and great americano in the morning. The evening staff was a little frazzled and announced that "We close in 5 minutes" and then basically ignored us after we placed our order. Still enjoyed the coffee but the service lost a star in my opinion. Thank you for great coffee!

Coffee was bland for the price and staff was rude at best. Holiday menu items were advertised but not yet available per the cashier. No apology or suggestion for alternative.

Decent coffee chain. However the aeropress was below average and clearly made without love. And what is this trend of using paper cups for coffee enjoyed on the place. Please keep it for takeaway coffee only!

I had a terrible experience today. I couldn’t believe the staff changed my tips option. I truly think it’s very rude. Although the coffee is really good, I’ll not go to this place anymore. I don’t recommend this location to my friends or anyone.

Coffee and food are typical of most chain coffee shops. No restrooms though... don’t they know that coffee makes many people have to poop almost immediately?

I love the warmth aura of this place. I was invited by my connect group in church for a hangout and we had super fun. The staffers were immensely courteous and responsive. Then coffee is good with lots variety to choose from. This coffee shop is pretty close to the road and can be easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. Gregory's is a NYC based chain; think Starbucks but elevated and sans the deep menu of custom smoothies. This location is connected to a midtown office building, so mind the wait during the Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 classic rush time periods.
