Nice place but the service from the guy who took our order was not professional. He was not very friendly, quite abrupt but the worst is that he forgot to serve us our aeropress (we ordered 2) and didn't even apologise for it. We sat by the counter for a good 20 minutes, customers kept coming and going and being served, until we asked where our coffee were, but we were frankly forgotten. The coffee was very good and so were the cakes. But that particular employee (the young dark-haired guy with the beard) sort of ruined the moment. We were tourists and that was our last day (and coffee) in NYC before going to the airport.

Such a great cosy place between Times Square and Madison square garden... I love Gregory’s cafes because they make a great coffee and their sweets and snacks are so delicious... you can find several spots in the area and enjoy your coffee, drinks and snacks... all of those times I visited Gregory’s coffee I was pleased and satisfied with their quality... also it’s a great place to work on your laptop or search the web because the internet is free...
