Green Line Cafe

I live Greenline Cafe but today customer service was deplorable. The person in the cashier got extremely offended that I did not give any tip and harassed me several times for it. He was extremely unfriendly and had a terrible attitude. He should have respected my decision to not tip. I'm extremely disappointed. The staff at the nearby location is much friendlier and kind.

I was a frequent customer of green line cafe before non-essential businesses were shut. I was glad to find out that I could order by phone and pickup a coffee. It worked for me one day, and then I could not access the site through my phone since that date. The barista told me that other people have successfully been accessing the site phonebyand

Wonderful spot for coffee, tea, baked goods, etc. Great for a quiet workspace or a convivial meet-up – even a casual lunch date. Food is tasty, with many vegan and gluten-free options. (Like most coffeeshops, it's mostly pastries and small sandwiches – better for snacks or a light lunch than a hearty meal!) I don't drink coffee, but their tea is fine.Baristas are lovely – friendly, helpful, welcoming, and full of character. Wifi is consistent and the speed is quite decent for a small coffeeshop, especially considering how many people are often on it!The space is also incredibly diverse, and the clientele are a true West Philly slice of life – from longtime locals to recent transplants to college students, etc.

The Starbucks of west Philly. At least they sell fair trade coffee and nice pastries. But you can tell from the amount of turnover that they don't treat their employees too well

Haven't been to this coffee shop in forever! We used to live nearby and it was our favorite place. I was not disappointed last visit, grabbed an ice coffee and some local treats that were delicious!

Good ambience

Coffee fine but the service sucks. Find alternatives if you don't want your morning to be ruined in results of their customer service.

This place is a consistent positive experience. Their iced coffee is a dream.

Nice staff, nice atmosphere, and wifi! I got a good amount of work done. The coffee was delicious.

Called to place and order, 1st time I called, someone picked up, didn’t say anything but I could hear them talking about playing angry birds in the background then hung up. I called about 5 more times. Finally someone answered, I asked if I could place an order to pick up. He said, “we don’t do that” and hung up. So don’t try this place if you need a sandwich to pick up when you’re on the go.

A comfy vibe with awesome food.

I desperately want to love their coffee, but the aftertaste is not the most pleasant. I also wish they had more options for protein. They have pre-made egg breakfast sandwiches, but I'm just not a fan. I keep going though cuz I love the atmosphere.

Cool coffee joint with cozy seating. Just off the Penn campus enough to not be overrun by the college crowd.

The staffs are way more welcoming. The environment is home-like. One of the best coffee shops I have ever been to.

One of my regular haunts! Great loc as l business with several shops in Philadelphia area.
