This is long but hey...Let’s start by saying my first experience here a while back involved my order being wrong and when I called to have it corrected the customer service was terrible. This was months ago. I then try again almost a year later, someone answers the phone, starts to take my order but then chats with someone else as I’m saying “hello, anyone there?” So I wait patiently.Nothing. I hang up and try again. No answer. There is nothing I hate more than poor customer service. It is not fair to the consumer as we simply want to eat and do not diserve the lack of respect or attitude. Leave it at home! The food was good when I did have it however it’s not worth it.

Actually tasted fresh, that will be where I order Chinese food from now on, so glad they opened

If you like restaurants who don't answer the phone when you call to your get your full order that wasn’t fully delivered but charged for it anyways then this place is perfect for you

Such a terrible experience from this place. They messed up our food on a delivery. Sweet and sour Shrimp delivered and there was NO sauce. Management told us we would receive a credit on our next order. (We ordered at least twice a week.) Tried placing our order today and they told me that I don't have a credit. Poor customer service.

New place,first visit was very impressive.Good start, keep up the good work.

Tonight we ordered boneless ribs, pork fried rice,pork egg rolls, chicken with veggies and it was delicious. Delivery was fast and food was freshly cooked!!

Food is pretty good and the location is convenient to where I live.

Dont waste your time, we did, and regret it. We had a coupon that someone put in our mailbox with a bunch of coupons. When we called and tried to use the coupons, they doubled the amount we had to spend in order to get what the coupon was offering.
