Decent food but SLOW.......... don’t expect food within 45 minutes of ordering even if it is 1 meal.Food is decent quality but you have to plan ahead for it. The cook is also the delivery driver...

Never delivered food. Said order was out for delivery but when we called again 30 minutes later said the order wasn't even made. Very unpleasant experience

Great Chinese food best in Madison by far and fast. Very good prices and large dish sizes well also have fast delivery. But eat in is good to very friendly staff as well.

I’ve ordered from here a couple times and every time they are 30 minutes - an hour later than the expected delivery time they email you with. If you call to check on the status of your order they tell you it’s on the way, regardless of if it is or not. I’ve never had an issue as far as the food itself goes, it’s always tasted well. Just not prompt as far as delivering goes.

This used to be our favorite Chinese takeout place. The food is very bad now. Ordered coconut shrimp it was unbreaded cooked shrimp swimming in soupy coconut flavored milk with two pieces of broccoli. Hot n sour soup was bad too. This is the second bad meal recently. I understand it has new owners, It's just not the same.

We got an email confirmation for delivery at 6:20. Expected delivery was 7:09. Called at 7:21 was told it had already left. Called again at 7:43 same response. Was told that the 7:09 time didn't include drive time. We only live about 10 minutes away... Finally got our food at 7:52. Food was more like room temp.

Nice place to eat, consistent food

My family LOVES the Great Wall. Mostly because we live down the street from it. Our favorites are the General Tso's and Hunan Combo. The restaurant is small and rarely a dine-in place, but they're very efficient and fast when making a pick up order (give or take 10 minutes). So far I have absolutely no complaints about the food. My dad (who's idea of going out to eat is at a chinese/seafood buffet) loves the food more than anyone in our household. He orders from there perhaps 1-2 times a week (for the family to enjoy).I think it's a family owned restaurant because there are always 2 cute little boys playing behind the register. The woman who runs the restaurant is well versed at the front counter, and really friendly. Great mannerism!Honestly, this restaurant is so incredibly successful compared to the einsteins bagels that was located there previously. I don't know how else to boast about how great this place is to convince readers to eat here, other than you gotta try it!

The general Tsa chicken and chicken fried rice were amazing as was the pork egg rolls. But it is probably the worst lo mein I have ever had. It was basically spaghetti noodles which was a total disappointment. Everything was extremely fresh tho.

I would say the crab rangoon was some of the better Ive had.

No frills, but not generic. Tasty food that didn't seem like it came from the same bottles of factory sauce that most of the other area restaurants get from their suppliers. Sizeable servings and friendly staff.

I put in an order at 9 o’clock in the morning to be delivered to me by 1130 I did this online they never delivered my food and I’ve been calling and no one will answer the phone and they don’t have a voicemail set up. I am very disappointed. Will not Attempt to order from them again. Very unprofessional.

Great Wall is great Chinese food at a great price! Their crab rangoons are the best in town, far more crab than any other place I've tried in Madison. The family deal is dangerous for your general health, it's cheaper than ordering normally, so you'll have leftovers in your fridge for days.

The service was friendly, ordering online was easy. The food was terrible. It tasted like it can from a microwave dinner. The food had 0 flavor. I had Lo Mein... the lo mein noodles and chicken tasted dry and old. I also ordered egg rolls and crab Rangoon. The egg rolls were great. The crab Rangoon also tasted bland and tasted like it came from a freezer/box. The entire ordering/pickup service was great. The food just simply sucked tonight. Hope it changes....
