Great Plates

Ordered the $7 box, everything was good and nicely seasoned! The owner was also friendly and helpful with deciding on what to order. Will definitely come again!

I ordered the brunch breakfast from bitesquad and was highly anticipating trying this for the first time and was disappointed I ordered waffles grits eggs and French toast the waffles were good they were out of grits and ordered extra eggs and didn’t get extra eggs no French toast and they put bacon in it and I didn’t ask for bacon and my food was cold! Was hoping this was going to be my new breakfast spot but now have to find somewhere else 😒

Great Plates was amazing. I took my sister there yesterday and she loves it. Took my sweetie there today and he said that’s one of his top places he will choose to go to. Customer service was amazing! Everyone was so pleasant. Food was fresh. Everything was just so GREAT. Can’t wait to be a regular. FUN FACT: that was my first time going yesterday. So 2x in a row should tell you it was what the name says GREAT PLATES!!

The food is good but the customer service sucks!

The food is pretty good but they have a lack of attention to detail and the food is a bit overpriced. I always give them a new chance to see if they’ll redeem themselves from the small mistake from the previous order but this has been the 3rd order that something is either missing or done incorrectly..

They always provide great service. The vegan wings are my favorite.

The owner is amazing! Went in early just to get our food started for a large order. Communication was great, and very polite. The food was beyond perfect and delicious and prices are very reasonable. Our office is making this a regular place to order from.

Southern comfort food at its best! Helpful staff and great atmosphere! True to its name because the plates are always GREAT! Ordered the snow crab boil plate for my wife and she enjoyed it so much that she's already looking forward to the next visit!

I ordered the Seafood Mac n Cheese and it straight up tasted like Tilapia Lunchables. I asked The cashier why it was so fishy and he said “stop playin cuh” and I asked Him what he meant and he got very defensive. Overall 1/10 experience.

Overrated in my opinion got a chicken alfredo penne with shrimp literally got 5 medium shrimp and 4 strips of chicken (no more than a thigh portion. I waited 45 minutes for my food and the seafood mac n cheese was disgraceful shrimp was overcooked

They were so kind! The food is BOMB ! Energy , food 10/10!!! They even have games like Jenga and Uno to play while you wait for your food. Affordable good food for college kids when you SICK and TIREDT of the food in the cafe.😂 Def will be back!
