The most iconic and history related interesting experiences of my trip to NYC, before visiting I took the time to research the building and understand the history. I was not disappointed. It is without a doubt truly magnificent. The inside as well as outside is something to see. The shops and restaurants in and around cater for everyone. Please, before you visit, go to the website and read about the history, that way you understand more about its involvement with NYC.

If you are visiting New York City as a tourist or are a commuter who travels through Grand Central Terminal during the week, you can’t help but be in awe when walking through this magnificent building. Just look up to the vaulted ceiling and you’ll be mesmerized by its beauty. If you’re hungry, there’s lots of great places to eat including the Oyster Bar, which is also a popular tourist attraction. If you only have only a day in New York City, this is one of the places I’d urge you to include on your itinerary!

One of the most beautiful places in NYC and it‘s for free. The main hall is very impressive and the food court on the lower level is also worth a visit. Small fun fact, the viaduct in front of Central station is the place for the final battle in the first Avangers Movie, where the whole team gathers before the last showdown
