Great Bagel & Bakery

I tried this place for the first time and it was pretty good! They have a nice selection of bagel flavors, but when we got there around 1:30 they were already out of a lot of the more specialty kinds. The sandwiches were decently priced and I enjoyed my healthy bagel sandwich, but the orange juice was crazy expensive ($10 for a large????) even if it was fresh squeezed.

Great place for a quick delicious breakfast! Their bagel selection is very big and they are always fresh. Many breakfast options and delicious fresh squeezed orange juice make a great combination! It does get crowded so expect having to wait a little if you want to get a table, although usually there are seats available

Good bagels. Customer service could be better. Water empty for 15 minutes. Saw multiple people come up and let them know yet they left it empty.

The bagels are fantastic but the coffee and juices are crazy expensive. I don't think I've found a more expensive coffee before. But again, the bagels are very good!

This place gets super busy but they have it down. The bagels are on point. I always get the American breakfast sandwich. It's always fresh, fast, and consistent. The staff is friendly and efficient.

A good bagel is really hard to find in Lexington and I believe this place has the best! Also amazing breakfast sammies

My first time here and very much enjoyed my all American bourbon bagel with sausage egg and cheese. Fresh squeezed OJ was the perfect beverage to wash it down.

Staff at GB are always very kind and patient. Bagels are well, Great. If you're on UK campus or passing through town and need breakfast and good coffee this is a must.

Great Bagel is, well, great. Mostly because of the bagels. My favorite is salt, but I like all of their savory bagels, and all of the cream cheese options. I’ve had the bagel sandwiches less often, but have never been unhappy with them. The coffee is solid, although the iced coffee is a touch overpriced. Not a bad place to meet folks or to get a little work done...

Great food, great service, great environment. Proven in Lex for yrs, its nice seeing them add another location on this side of town. I had the “omelette” on an Everything bagel, add jalapeños, they use fresh, not pickled. It was really good, and added a kick.

A great little spot with amazing bagel sandwiches. I have eaten here on several occasions, usually during the lunch rush. They can get a little backed up from time to time and there is usually a bit of a wait after ordering.That said, the wait is worth it. The bagels are great and the sandwich options are just enough to keep it fresh without becoming overwhelming. Breakfast sandwiches available all day which is also a big plus for me.I will say that by the time the lunch rush is over the options for bagels are fairly limited. This is to be expected as they are made fresh daily. I personally have never had any issues with the staff. If anything, I have watched them go out of their way to make sure people get what they are wanting, be it on the menu of not.Overall, they have great fresh food and a comfortable environment. Absolutely worth checking out.

I love their bagels...and there sandwiches... Call ahead if you have a large group it's very busy

Ya'll... ain't nobody havin' a good day unless ya done got a bagel from this place! Them bagels make you holler for more time on this earth so you have a shot at eating another bagel😉

Great Bagels made in House!!!! Always packed but pretty fast/efficient service. Always hot or cold as the item should be.
