Hairs in cake. January 2016, hairs sanwiched in between icing and cookie cake. Meaning they were there before cake was decorated.Called management, lodged complaint, told to expect call from owner. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard back.I would not recommend the Great American Cookie in Southpark Mall, Colonial Heights VA.
