Great customer service the cookies was fresh and the employee was great !!!

No pricing? I mean none. Bizarre. The Snickerdoodle's were terrible 1 star. The help was 3.5 she was very good with my return.

Cookies Taste Great but are a little priceyI signed up for their email club and got a email saying Buy one get one free cookie coupon.I took it to Great American Cookies and they said “No, we don’t accept coupons here” and I was like what you don’t accept my coupon that i signed up for here like a week ago! He is like its what my boss said and he just says are you buying anything or not in a rude tone and when i respond no he gets agitated.Bad Staff Period!

Serious issues with customer service at the Columbia Mall location. I picked up my cookie and what I had requested on-line to be written on the cookie was NOT on it. 1. Why didn't they call me if there was an issue? 2. When I mentioned it to the employee all he said was..."I'm not the decorator." And then he walked away.

I rarely get the cookies here, as they are pretty pricey and the chocolate chip cookies right across the food court at McD's are better and cheaper IMO. But Great American Cookie is usually sampling! So that's a plus

The girl here is nice. The guy was rude. He did not ask if I was finished ordering. In fact I was still talking when he decided to ring up the first 3 items I asked for. The only reason I gave the "service" a "good" rating was for the girl. If he weren't in such a hurry to get me gone then it might have been very good or excellent.

This location doesn’t honor birthday coupon from the app. Staff tried their best but because they don’t have a scanner and the search by phone number option didn’t work, no birthday cookie cake slice for me :-( please equip this location with a scanner.

Store needs cleaning glass dirty and why was no soda machine working terrible customer service

Order well in advance if you want a cookie cake.

Who doesn't love a fresh batch of cookies

Wow! What a fun gift. They stay soft for a couple of days, so if you end up with a cookie cake for yourself, well, don't worry about it getting stale too soon.

Was not impressed with the staff. Always on the phone and didn’t seem interested in helping people. Wouldn’t check and see if my order was ready or not until the pick up time. I have sat here for over an hour watching these people. Their not washing their hands like their suppose to after handling money and food not wearing the gloves or hair nets and definitely need to. By far one of the worse shops I have ever been in and will not be going their again until changes are made I drove over 7 hrs for this order to be told to wait. The only reason I ordered it was for my sister graduation from high school it was the only thing she asked for. To bad you can’t give a half star reviews cause it’s not worth a whole star.

Terrible customer service! Was there Friday 7/5/2019 around 5:54PM and purchased 4 cookies, the guy gave me terrible attitude just because my accent! I don’t know what his name, all I can say he is African American, completely idiot and terrible guy, I’m assuming he earn $8-10 an hour and he upset about it. I wish I could give negative star!!

Terrible service. Went there at 12 to pick up our cookie cake which was supposed to be ready at 12. We asked them to hold for a few minutes so we could walk around the mall and they agreed. Went back at 1235 to pick it up and walk out and the cake wasn't ready. They hadn't even started it...ended up having to get a refund...
