Great American Bagel

Great service (although only a small bagel selection at the time as their bagels had not yet been delivered from the commissary) and I thoroughly enjoyed my bagel for my mid-flight meal. I'd recommend trying the asiago bagel as it has a nice smooth flavor to compliment any of the meats or cheeses. NFC payments (like Samsung, Google wallet, and Apple) are accepted.

Slightly annoying that you can't order anything unless you're leaving the state. The bagel shop is on the other side of security.

I usually try to avoid bad reviews but this was a bagel mistake. The Little Rock Sunrise was plain and unenjoyable. Bread was chewy like a stale bagel. Turkey? Didn't taste it. Egg wasn't real, it couldn't have been. The drip coffee is weak and tasteless. The girl making the food hates working there I'm sure. The guy who took my money was friendly and chipper. Maybe I chose them on an off morning but I'll never go back.

😂😂😂 they charged me $8 for an underbaked bagel with cream cheese and a little bottle of milk. I could have bought a whole bag of blueberry bagels, a package of cream cheese, and a gallon of milk for that price! And I would have toasted it better too!

Favorite place to eat for a morning flight! Love their Salmon Lox bagel!

Travel out of Little Rock frequently on evening flights . Always terrible service at this time .... closes down early / workers on phone having customers wait / very inconvenienced to have to talk to someone / very rude ...... Won’t serve anything on menu tonight ( it is 7:20pm) except “drinks and snacks “So tried to order latte “ No, I just have just plain coffee now “Don’t often leave reviews but wondering if management knows this is a problem. Again, not first bad experience....

While waiting on my flight to Dallas, 8/23/2019, I decided to try Great American Bagel Co. I went to order a hot beverage. I ordered a white chocolate mocha hot beverage and the guy at the counter told me he couldn't make me one because his co-worker stiffed him and didn't show up for work. He proceeds to direct me to Starbucks. If I wanted Starbucks, I wouldn't have went to GABC. The behaviour displayed by this employee shows poor management and training. This is the most pitiful customer service I've ever received.

I asked for a turkey sandwich with no cheese and mannose. I got a turkey sandwich with cheese and no mannose. Took a while and they aughed at me for order a plain bagel
