A damn good dive. Cheap beer. Throat- kickin' whiskey. Sports on the TV. $1 popcorn. Darts in the back. What more could you ever want?

This place is great!! Super low key, cheap drinks, bare bones bar in an area that can sometimes be a little bit much. It draws a very different crowd than the rest of the area, not a classy place. But a fantastic dive bar!!

Cheap beers and friendly service. A pretty decent drink selection too.

$7 pitchers (during happy hour), $1 bowls of popcorn, and the most authentic dive bar vibes. I hope it stays on St. Mark's forever.

This isn't the nicest bar but it's a great place to go for cheap drinks with a few friends. They offer a decent selection, including some local brews, and copious bowls of popcorn to give you a reason to keep drinking. It's dark and a little dingy but that adds to it's charm. It's a bar that doesn't really need a gimmick to attract you and doesn't particularly care if you show up

One of the last true dive bars in the East Village. You will be missed. RIP.

Good prices for a pitcher of beer and a nice, hip vibe

Haven't been in New York when St. Marks Place was a punk rock haven, but this place feels like it has exactly that vibe. This bar seems like it has been around for a while. It's oozing with dive and punk rock vibe. It's great for groups since there are several long communal like tables. Staff is laid back and friendly. No drama, no sucking up for tips. If you don't know it's there, the place is easy to miss since it's in a basement. They also have darts. No regrets for visiting this place, not one.

One of the best bars in the city. A classic dive. No frills, but great staff that you get to know and very good prices. Bring your own darts on the weekends.

Great place to have a beer and play dart. Nice atmosphere filled with rock music. Happy hours is the best moment to enjoy a pitcher of beer at a very low price. The only downside would be the volume of the music which makes it nearly impossible to have a conversation.

Cheap NYU hangout- good for cheap drinks and meeting people

Dive bar on St Marks. What could be better? They let us bring in street pizza. Old school.

Divey in a good way, cheap beers on tap. Cash only

This place smells like dirty socks and is full of NYU students and I'm OK with that. Cheapest beer in the neighborhood, but nice variety. Cool place to hang out with friends after dinner, etc.
