Grandview Palace

I have ordered from this restaurant three times. The first time they were an hour late with my delivery. The second one was ok so I gave them another shot. A tip was given for both orders. After this third chance I will never order from them again. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough to leave a tip for the driver this time and he proceeded to stand at my door and fuss at me about it telling me the restaurant was 6 miles away which it is only 3. This isn’t the point though, although customary a tip is optional. I kindly apologized and let the driver know that I will give them a tip next time. There will never be a next time. They also blocked my option to leave a review on Grubhub.

Old school Chinese-American cuisine executed very well in a casual, family-run atmosphere.

Good customer service.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. They are the only restaurant that I know of that makes Kung Pao string beans. It's delicious, the string beans are cooked perfectly. The service is also always very good.

One of the BEST Chinese restaurants I’ve ever been to. Szechuan is the name of the game here, so if you like lots of spices, you’ll be happy. I don’t like too much heat but I loved every dish I ordered, including the Kung Pao Chicken. The most popular dish—and for good reason—is the Grandview Special Shrimp. (May 2018)

Good food. Inconsistent quality of service

Amazing. By far the best service and Chinese food I've had in a while if not THE best. We arrived right before closing, which working in the service industry myself I hate doing. However, the staff was super friendly and helpful and did not rush us at all. The food arrived quickly and you could tell just by looking at it that it was fresh and delicious. If you are looking for an excellent meal with amazing service and reasonable price, this is the place. We will be back for sure!

What a rude and disrespectful waiter. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Food was also bland. Stay away! there are way nicer restaurants in the area.

This place is definitely one of the coolest restaurants in the area. Every time I visit this place I am incredibly happy. They preserve their high level service and the topmost level of meals they give. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Warmly recommended.
