Grand China Restaurant

The rice noodles were great. Spring roll wraps seemed very stale. Inside was dated and had small bugs crawling around. They didn't ask if I wanted it for here or to go, just gave me a bag. Intended to stay but left due to said bugs.

I’ve been here a few times. The food is decent with good portions. After today’s visit, though, I have a concern. Thus, the reason for this review. After ordering/paying with the lady at the front counter, she turned around and scooped up breaded chicken from what looked like a room temperature container, then tossed it into a fryer basket. Then she grabbed an egg roll and threw that into another fryer basket. She did both of these without washing her hands or putting in gloves. The egg roll was handled with bare hands, not a scooper. Correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t they supposed to be more sanitary than that? She turned from handling cash at the counter to food prep with no washing in between. Definitely does not sit well with me. I will most likely not return.

Small insides to eat in but the food is great!! People are nice! Simple but fantastic Chinese fast food! I gave 4 stars because they don't deliver but otherwise you can call in your order or go there in person so it's still a great restaurant!

It's my go to place on the way home. Inexpensive and quick lunch menu that goes until 3:30 pm. Good food, fast service, reasonable prices.

Grand China has been rockin' awesome Chinese chow for the 2 decades I have lived in Middleton. Call-in your order. It's always ready in "10 minutes." Portions are huge and make for a week of great leftovers!!!

Just ordered a chicken chow mein lunch special — when I called to let them know this wasn’t the correct meal they gave me I was cursed at and told I didn’t know what I was talking about . At the very least respect your customers. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will not eat here again. You guys should be ashamed honestly.
