Grand Asian

This was my second time here. Both times I used the drive thru. The first time I came in the early evening and this time quite late. The staff I've interacted with has been friendly. The servings of food have been quite large and very hot. The wait in the drive thru has been a little long, but the results of delicious hot food has been worth it. I will definitely come here again.

Loved their food but will NEVER order from here again. Driver delivered our food and accidentally handed us someone else’s too. We didn’t realize until we sat down to eat that there was extra. He called us 10 minutes later and picked up the extra to take to the people who ordered it! DISGUSTING!!!!! We are clean people and didn’t do anything gross to the food but would you want food that was handled by others. Ugh!

Just received our delivery from here. General Tso's was the worst I've ever had, chinese donuts have barely and sugar, 1 packet of duck sauce when requested "a lot of duck sauce", not enough gravy on pork fo young. Will not order here again...

Not bad really. Heaping portions for sure. We had bourbon chicken and teriyaki chicken. It was good and came with egg rolls and fortune cookies. The egg rolls were good. It wasn't as amazing as the Chinese restaurant in the Avenues Mall though. But it was much more edible than Wok N Roll. $22 for 2 plates and 1 drink plus a cream cheese egg roll.

the worst place I have ever ordered from. I have only ordered through them twice, the first time the eggrolls were still frozen, this second time I got vegtable lo mien and it tasts like it has been sitting out for a week. has a nasty smell and tastes horrible. will NEVER eat from this place again

Very clean and fast take out great taste!!

OMG this was pitiful. Wasted $60 here today. Ordered Chicken Pad Thai 'as it comes' and ended up with no sauce, no peanuts, no onion, no egg and virtually no chicken. Tasted horrendous. Never again.

Chicken tasted fake. Steak was chewy and grisly. Rice was hard

ordered bourbon chicken with white rice and asked that the egg roll that comes with it to be pork. got fried rice instead of white, and got a chicken egg roll instead of pork. the bourbon chicken was good though, after I took out the zucchini...

The best Chinese takeout I’ve had in Jacksonville. The restaurant was very clean and attractive looking and they even have a drive thru window! Everything I ordered was delicious and tasted fresh. I rarely write reviews but I think they deserve the recognition as it’s so hard to find a quality carry out place!

Best Chinese/Asian take out! Been eating there for years. Excellent customer service and very quick. Employees always remember me. Highly recommend.

Just came from this place about an hour ago, I ordered 2 shrimp egg rolls & they gave me 2 pork instead..my bf ordered General Tso Chicken & they gave him something completely different. When I called up there to make them aware of the mistake, the employee was very rude and started yelling at me as if he did no wrong when my receipt said otherwise. This was my first time ordering from this place and it will be my LAST !!!
