While the food here is delicious and fairly priced, our server Jake was super kind and helpful. He was very considerate and wanted to be sure we had a good experience.

Great diner with a small menu so it makes it easier for you to decide on what to eat. The server was extremely nice and attentive. Would most definitely return for another meal soon.

From my experience, this place has been a hit or miss for more 10 years that I have known about this location. I've had good and bad burgers, good pulled pork, etc. The service is usually average. Nobody has been bad, but most waiters and waitresses are just plain average. I wish Gotham was more consistent, then I'd definitely come here more often.

Delicious burgers. Delicious coleslaw. Not a fan of the French fries... Reminded me of McDonald's not so good. Otherwise, I would be back!

The cheeseburgers are to die for. And you can’t go wrong with anything off the salad bar, it’s fresh and delicious and you can create your own salad. Highly recommend this diner, I use it often for business meetings and no one has ever left disappointed

Decent diner. The theme is just like the name implies, street signs and subway signs reminiscent of NYC.Food prices are a bit on the high side for a diner. Portions were generous and food was served piping hot. Mom ordered a waffle (they gave 1 large Belgian waffle, the size of a dinner plate.) French dip was a little below average... the beef was dry with a couple of chewy bits. The Greek salad was generous and had a good mix of salad greens, peppers and such with a big helping of chicken. Server was very attentive and friendly.Overall, it's just a spot to grab a bite. Nothing to make me come back without trying other diners in the area first.

Always good no matter we get time you go. Best pastrami sandwiches!

One of my favorite diners in Bergen, NJ. Staff is always nice and so efficient. They make you feel like family. Food is great and I love their coffee. There is a good amount of parking and the atmosphere is laid back.

Very tasty diner food. Super size portions. You can build your own salad which is a touch unique. Their cold slaw is excellent. Nice flavor and quality burgers. Soup to nuts menu. I tend to favor their delicious BLT's or paninis.The deserts look super good. (See photos) Moderate prices. The decor theme is Gotham City right down to large portraits of Batman and Robin. Nice atmosphere. Service is friendly although at times a bit slow, when the place is full. Be careful exiting onto Rt 4 as you leave. Upped my previous star rating from 4 to 5. Update:3/24/18 - Couldn't find a parking spot and ended up leaving for another diner.In all fairness' this has happened just this one time.

Excellent timely, professional, kind and manorful service. 3 of us went for breakfast. I had the 3 eggs with corned beef hash. Ive eaten alot of hash from many states in the country and this by far was the tastiest. Over easy eggs were cooked to perfection. Huge portions as well. Our 3 different breads came in neat side basket. This place actually had honey available for my green tea with fresh lemons. The tables with bench seats were roomy with nice thick cushions. Very clean place and well kept even in the busy crowd. Mens bathroom was immaculate. The atmosphere in the entire place was so cozy. Most enjoyable and utter flawless experience from start to finish.
