Goose Feathers an Express Cafe & Bakery

Literally nothing but good things to say about this spot. We called ahead to ask about vegan options for my daughter and visited the location based on the fact that they confirmed that they have vegan options. I got an egg white and turkey sausage croissant. Kids got Belgian waffles and oatmeal. My daughter got the vegetable panini. She said it was very fresh and tasty. Hubby got the breakfast burrito and he said it was good. Service was super fast and everyone was friendly. Prices were very reasonable. We were visiting from out of town but I would definitely visit again if given the chance. Note: Bagels are vegan and there is a kids menu that offers 1/2 waffle, Cheerios, or eggs.

My husband ordered the JP Deluxe: Jalapeno & Cheddar Cornbread Waffle half with black pepper bacon sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, bacon, scallions and tabasco syrup. He LOVED it! I had an egg croissant sandwich with bacon. It was really good and really good sized! We also got a raspberry cream and a strawberry cream croissant to go. Both very good as well!

By far one of my favorite restaurants! Best waffle in town, been coming here since my freshman year at SCAD and still my favorite place to be. Only issue is the male servers will hit on you, been hit on by 3 different male servers multiple times, think I’ll just speak to the manager about it as it’s slightly disturbing as they are definitely older than me and I’m just trying to enjoy my breakfast and chocolate milk! Not a fun experience to be pestered like that but the women staff and younger male staff are sweethearts :) Hopefully they’ll begin to hire more gentleman in the future!

Food was fantastic and the wait was 5-10 min for food once ordered despite the heavy traffic. Chocolate Milk seams homemade but chocolate milk was quite faint. The presentation would’ve been appreciated if everything was served in their signature goose cups. Recommend the croissant with eggs+choice of meat.

The service is great! Everyone was so nice and the food came fairly quickly. The waffles are definitely a must and the added cost for toppings is completely worth it! Even though we came in a fairly large group (10-14 people) they tackled the task with grace and effectively made arrangements for us. Amazing people, amazing food, and amazing price!

Brunch was very good. Employees were very kind and polite. We ordered breakfast items; Great Turkey Sausage! Owner took the orders and seemed to be slightly irritated training a new employee at the register but she was still pleasant. My suggestion, as a business owner as well, hire a manager. The owner cannot and should not wear so many hats that It effects the mood of the business. OVERALL GREAT PLACE TO EAT!
