I love goodness me, I've been cutting dairy out of my diet and they have so many alternatives that fit my lifestyle!The best is that I am able to have a quick hot lunch with excellent quality 🥘 food.Be aware that the prices won't be the same as a freshco but the quality is superb!

Ok so i used to shop here alot but after being treated like I was bothering the cashier who in order for the manager to deal with this and not be labelled , I will identify as looking to be of Caribbean descent, and having my items put in the bag like they were garbage, really didn't impress me.As i was watching this happen i also noticed the cashier looking at me with a smirk like what she did was funny.The last review makes me believe that this was the same person who also mistreated the last customer who posted here.I WILL NOT DROP MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON OVERPRICED ITEMS AND BE TREATED LIKE THAT!Do yourselves a favor and support local small business health food stores and not some corporate giant.

The store is well organized and clean. However my cashier (who's name I will withhold) could benefit from some more training about your store values and why organic food is priced how it is. The patron before me asked if he received the sale price for his peppers, her response was 'yeah, our peppers are expensive. It's bad here.' I could not believe that she would think that comment appropriate as it undervalues not only your product but your store as well.

Immaculately clean, great selection.

I travel from the other side of Kitchener, because I love that I can get all the unique ingredients that I need for cooking. However, I have started to look elsewhere for these items. The checkout staff is always (I mean literally every time) very arrogant. They never say Hi or engage with me as a customer. They act as though I am a bother. Customer service is a HUGE thing for me, which unfortunately will have me shopping else ware.

I cannot believe how much more expensive are organic fruties and vegetables compare to Sobeys' and Zehrs' products. I will never step in there again.

Naturally good

Overall good store, great selections and okay prices a lil high on some things. The guy in the back working the salad bar/ cafe area was friendly and helpful. However the customer service at the checkout wasn't so great. Zero effort put in. Tossed $100 worth of stuff in one bag putting the soft item's on the bottom. Not friendly, I felt like I was an inconvenience.

One stop shop. Everything is either organic or all natural. Great hot and cold food bar in the back. Knowledgable staff. Highly recommend!
