Hi my name is Tami and I'm a new shift leader at Goodcents North in Blue Springs Missouri.. I love my job and enjoy suggesting new combinations of our twice daily fresh backed breads and our menue sandwiches.I am working with a brand new staff on my shift so please be patient with us as we are all still learning. Come on in and try one of our fresh sliced to order sandwiches, or one of our pastas, the fresh taste can't be beat.Hope to see you soon for dinner.Open 10:00am to 9:00pm Monday -FRIDAY& 10:00 am - 8:00 pm Saturday and SundayService times will varie as our slicer is cleaned multiple times per day.

This was the Second Goodcents we called to try to order a “To Go- Carey Out” order, all they had to do was make the food.... After having the South Store tell us over the phone, it would be 40 minutes before they could start the order and were out of pasta, we called this north store. We placed the order was told over the phone it would be ready in around 20 minutes. We arrived at the store around 30 minutes later to find out they hadn’t even put the order in. This is a recurring event among both the restaurants in town and pretty well done with Mr. Goodcents.

I placed an online order this evening, the order went through, I received confirmation, and my bank card was charged. We waited for 1 hour 30 minutes and the food had yet to arrive, so I called the store to check on the delivery, not only was I told that my order never went through, she also told me that my order was no longer able to be delivered and upon my asking for a refund, she kept me on hold for a lengthy period and was never able to process the refund for our order, finally abrupty hanging up on me... no food, no refund, no respect... UPDATE: while the experience with this specific Goodcents store was very frustrating, to say the least, after submitting a complaint, the corporate offices customer/guest services promptly contacted me regarding my visit, was very apologetic, and, while it did take a few days, ultimately refunded me for our meal purchase.
