I'm an every day customer and I know almost every recipe they make by heart, from cooking to tasting and not only they're healthy, they're halal, kosher, clean and gourmet! The workers and the boss there are great people and they are wonderful assets to every conversation as they make things lively for a good morning! They speak and listen like bartenders!! On top of that, cleanliness is seriously taken here to the point that I've never seen any place cleaner than this joint, from food to the back. Spotless! I believe that this joint is the best thing in food industry of all time and their Reubens are #1 choice in New England, as it is the first sandwich I've tried there. Thank you Good Bite staff for making this place my Chez away from Chez :)

Tasty & fresh food, generous portions, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Panini, which was flavorful and a bit messy. Only issue is that service was slow (especially compared to nearby food options) - it took around 15 minutes from ordering to getting food. This is a fairly new spot, so hopefully they can streamline their order processing in the coming months!

Fantastic. The best Mediterranean I've tasted in the city. Period. Most dishes under $10. I went for the roasted beet salad with chicken. The dressing, seasoned meat and beets were absolutely fantastic. The staff and owner were great and friendly. Seating is limited, so this is more grab and go than sit and eat. Portions are generous. A friend had a beef/sauerkraut sandwich on provolone with a special sauce. He absolutely loved. It was well portioned as well.Lastly, I had an Espresso there. The beans used were awesome. It was smooth and robust flavor.Definitely worth going.

Love this place. Great food, conveniently located, lovely owner/staff. I’ve only had the breakfast so far (a consistently delicious egg and cheese) but others seem to love the lunch and sides. good prices, too.

This place is delicious and the owner is really friendly. I get a grilled muffin and egg sandwich for breakfast, and for lunch I like the pastrami sandwich, vegetable barley soup, or Mediterranean kufta bowl. The guy is super nice and will give you little free samples. If you're in a rush, call ahead and you can get it to go :)

Classic breakfast, hot sandwiches, hot soup and chili in the winter, maybe not quite as fast as the chain stores, but it's cooked to order and you get it hot. Staff is friendly and sometimes offer samples.

Best breakfast/lunch in Downtown Crossing hands down. Fresh ingredients and large portions. Owner is a great guy and takes a lot of pride in the food!
