Good & Plenty Cafe

Terrible customer service. I phoned up to check the price of a service. The woman answered the phone by saying "what?" Not 'good morning' or 'hello can I help you?' During the call she put the phone down to take another call without explanation. I decided that this experience was an indication of how poorly I would be treated at the salon. I don't go to the hairdressers often but when I do I expect to be treated better than this.

Poor customer service, they were late and extremely rude. Braids completed were of poor quality, not sure if she knew what she was doing. It was not what i asked for and had to keep explaining to her what i came for. Complete waste of time. I went home to see of i could work with it and ended up taking it all out. Waste of money and my time. Definitely not professionals!!!

Skilled and friendly staff
