So bad service.

There is no option for put No star! The service is horrible there. And the tea taste is bad also. Never ever go back. The service is so poor that you never want to go to this store. Pearls are not good, tea is also difficult to drink, bad reviews!

Tasty bubble tea made to your liking. You can specify how much sugar and ice you want. The cashier did not get my order right but at least they tried

We are regular customers here. The customer service was good before but recently it has been very nasty. Today, Aug 18th 2018 my friend came in there and purchased 6 peach green teas. There were two male employees working there in the evening. They laughed to each other and talked in their language. When my friend said the quantity of the drinks they keep asking her “6 drinks?” Even though my friend already said yes 6 drinks the guy keeps asking back and forth the same question. This isnt the first time its happening here at this location. I think the manager needs to work this out with these two employees.

BAD ATTITUDE EVER IN TOWNA young girl who is wearing glass with bad manners. Customer just has a simple inquiry, and the girl was not satisfied with even a reasonable demand as well as argue with customers. I do understand sometimes customer service is not easy cause I’m working with a lot of difficult people all the time, but the only thing is if customers doesn‘t give hard inquiries you just do it. This is a warm notification for this owner, DON’T let your employees bring a lot of emotion when she is working.

Solid bubble tea place. Store is nice and clean, never too crowded. There are only a few tall stools by the window, so don't expect to sit here and chill.

Service sucks

I got the dirty sugar milk tea with tapioca and got the stomach flu. I was throwing up the entire 6 hrs going back to school. It was the only thing I had that entire day so I think the milk has gone bad. I will reporting this via 311.

The store is quite small and it dosen't have parking space at all. The street in front is very dirty with trash and you can't even park there. There were only 2 staff members and they took forever taking my order then when the order came out, they put 75% sugar in one of my drinks without even asking me. I ended up throwing the whole thing out. Wasted my money and time.
