Horrible customer service.. very rude and unfriendly. Nearly cancel my order because of their attitude. Will never go their again.

I have been ordering here for years, the food and prices are great. Definitely order here for great local eatery

This place and others have convinced me that every Chinese restaurant has the same type of people. Exasperated people. Every time I order from here, the food is always cold and I even found a hair on one of my shrimp. I will no longer put up with this, I can't suffer any longer.

The only Chinese place I will order from in Waterbury. The food has NEVER been gross. Always fresh and Always good.

Horrible customer service, they gave me wrong food and had to drive all the way back there to get correct food but instead of just letting us keep it and letting kids eat it they rather throw it in the trash. The woman that sounds like a man has a bad attitude. I wouldn't go there!

the experience was bad I order food at 1130am the food didn't get here until 1:15pm I called back the lady hung the phone up on me bad my last time ordering from them I will be putting this on fb as well

Food is great but the people are incredibly rude, they have delivered to me 3 times before and now they are refusing to deliver to my home claiming they dont deliver here... Guy just said absolutely not and hung up on me right away.. ridiculous service.

I love this place! They're very popular and well-liked in Waterbury. There's a large menu to choose from and I don't think I've ever not liked what I ordered (I can be picky, especially when it comes to my favorite food- Chinese food!) The guy usually at the cash register is very pleasant. They don't skimp out on ingredients. They're the standard I hold all Chinese takeout to.Only one complaint: they don't have honey chicken. Can't have everything, I suppose. :)

I honestly don't understand how this restaurant doesn't have anything but 5 stars. I came with my family around 8:30pm and ordered take-out. The family that owns the restaurant is extremely friendly. Their 11 year old son was keeping us company with very comical conversation which made us feel exceptionally welcome in their establishment. The speed of service rendered was extrodinary! We ordered Fried rice, lomaine and shrimp with broccoli which they had prepared and bagged in about 7 minutes from the time we had placed our order. We even had a laugh with their son when the power shut off for a brief moment. My family and I will most definitely be returning to this restaurant for our Chinese dinner nights. Keep up the fantastic work!

A good rice

Fantastic food, super friendly employees, regularly great character. They charge fair rates and the food quality is good. Highly recommended.
