Good Chinese take out with reasonable prices. The dishes are large and delicious. Overall, the building is clean and staff has been helpful.

Favorite Chinese food at the oceanfront since 2 years ago. Love shrimp fried rice, wings and the lunch special. Thanks for the service, and delivery to work. 😊

Stopped in on a Thursday night for a quick meal. Small store front type place with very casual seating for maybe 50 people. The place looked clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. We ordered egg drop and hot and sour soups, a couple of combination dinners, and 2 fountain drinks. More food than we could possibly eat at one sitting and it costs less than $30. Best part, our food was exactly what we expected it to be! It tasted great!

This is a no frills Chinese restaurant. We dined in and our food was on the table in less than 10 minutes. The bourbon chicken was great. Sesame chicken was good also. We got the lunch specials so the meals were around $6 each and are nice in size. Good spot for cheap eats!

We discovered this place two years ago when we lived at the beach and though we have moved to the great neck area we still go this area for the quality of the food and the service. Not only that we enjoy the consistency of the employees and are happy when we see the same people working and not new people or new managment every month. They cater to when we want alternatives and special diets. The customer service is always above and beyond and not only that as a food worker, their kitchen appears to be incredibly clean and up to standards. They are also very speedy and never has there been a wait over 15 minutes. We are pleased everytime we eat here.

Walking distance from all the hotels I enjoy saying at on Pacific. Cheap, quick, hot and has delivery if you want. The old school delicious Chinese food I enjoy. I want to say they have changed hands three times in the past 20 years but everything stays the same.. good food and friendly folks..

Love their General Tso Shrimp!!!

Hands down, the best chinese food we've ever eaten! We ordered 8 large entrees for our Xmas Eve celebration and everything was so fantastically delicious it blew our minds! A group of 6 adults and we all were amazed how excellent this food was! We were only visiting but when we go back, it'll be the only food we eat while vacationing..yes..its truly that damn delicious!!!!! Well done Golden City III!! They even gave us a lot of extras for ordering such a big order!!

They cook dishes how you like, very quickly, and the flavor is top notch, better than most Chinese restaurants... Not really much else to say. Very impressed with this place... The Crab Rangoon is the best I've ever had, and the Sesame Chicken has that sweetness to it you don't see often enough. Both are highly recommended!

I have always had a great experience with golden City. My orders get filled quickly, plus the quality of the food is phenomenal. I love their house lo mein. Update.....over the last 6 months I have not only noticed a drop in the quality of the food but the quantity as well as a service. They have substituted dishes with real crab meat with the now fake crab meat. We were also overcharged and when we got the food home it was mildly warm. I hate to be negative about this location and this review since they were doing so well but the decline can be noticed by other people other than myself.

The serving is huge and the food tastes really good as well as fresh. The place is clean and the restrooms are well maintained. Really close to the Virginia Beach ocean front walk so a good place to eat Chinese food before a stroll along the shore.
