I simply love their dishes. I always get awesome customer service here. The place is well organised and the employees are always very kind. Highly recommended.

Clean, nice people, nicely put together. The only thing I didn't like is if you are a sweet and sour chicken person, like myself, make sure you tell them you want your sauce separately on the side or they will mix it together in house. Great if you like it like that. But i like to use soy sauce only sometimes and I can never eat all of my meal so if it's already mixed together my soy sauce favorite is null and void and if I have leftovers i can guarantee they breaded fried chicken will be a soggy mess the next day. But they did replace it when i brought it back without too much attitude. Egg drop soup is bland but the rest was ok. Not my favorite in Blue Springs. Probably won't go back.

I waited 2 hours for my food to arrive. After an hour 15 minutes I decided to call to see if they didn’t receive my order. The lady told me it would come in an hour and 10 minutes after ordering. I told her it had already been past that time. She told me 20 more minutes. 35 minutes after the call my food arrived. I told the delivery man I’m extremely disappointed in the service and don’t understand why it took 2 hours. He didn’t apologize. He explained to me how they keep the food hot in the car (didn’t ask for that explanation) and didn’t apologize for my wait. Customer service is 1 star, delivery is 1 star. The food tastes good. Worth the 2 hour wait? Absolutely not.
