Golden Corral

I was there meeting my siblings and family. The lettuce on the salad bar was dripping wet. The food on the hot bar was dried out, the rolls which were tough as leather. The soft serve ice cream machine didn't work (it usually don't) the strawberries to use with the chocolate fountain were green. when they would run out of an item, instead of replacing it. They would put a clean empty pan there. I paid for a full buffet but only got less than a third. I am very disappointed and other guest were complaining about the same issues with my visit to golden corral. I don't know if they had a change in vendors, or management or what but it was not good. ALSO, this was on Sunday at 6:30pm and there wasn't but around 20 people or so..When I hear that they are back to the way they used to be, then I will consider going back. Until then we can meet at BK or Hardees or McDonald's i

It was good a little crowded but thats expected at tax time. Our waiter was great only down fall some of the good was cold

This is my favorite Golden Corral location besides the one in Pigeon Forge! The staff are organized and never let my table go without even a sip of drink. The location has always been clean even during busy times. The waiters and waitresses are kind and in my experiences have always made sure I am comfortable and leave happy. If you have never ate at a Golden Corral and just want to go yourself or with the family; this is the spot! They got something for everyone! My favorite item personally is their pot roast! The cooks in the back can make some darn great fixings! The pot roast is the only one near my grandmothers in taste and it takes me back to great memories while making new ones with my family at dinner here. I am a lover of food and this spot blows it out of the water with hospitality and good food! I love this place. 💜

Two people. 22.00 that's bringing one drink. They have great meatloaf mash potatoes and gravy and grean beans. I ate some lemon fish today that was so delicious. I love the strawberries in the fondue. Yummy. I def recommend!

Last nights visit (1\29\20) was not as good as the past visits! The food was not as good as our past experiences. I got baked chicken and it was very dry! My kids love their mashed potatoes but last night they took one bite and wouldn't touch the rest, they said it tasted funny and the color was yellowish. My fiance had the meatloaf and he said it didn't even taste like meatloaf! Round 2 my fiance and I got the fried okra it was soggy. I got pork ribs and they were cold! But with that being said our waiter was the bast that we've had there! He brought us our refills before our glasses were even half empty! And for the first time ever, and when I say that we go here quite often, the waiter offers us coffee with our dessert which was very pleasant and enjoyable! The only reason they got 3 stars this round was our waiter was on top of everything and the food part wasn't his fault!

The meal tonight was most satisfying. Plenty of food on the bars. Service was excellent, and more than enough variety. The GC in Johnson City needs to step up to the plate to be half as good as this one!

We took our children related organization there prior to a high school game. I had never been to a GCB prior, and was sceptical. This one was well organized and needed to be, with so many different age groups present. The friendly staff somehow manages to keep on top of things, including food presentation... along with keeping all the bowls n trays filled with a wide variety of wonderful selections. I was presently surprised, and am no longer a skeptic, at least of this location. I don't know how they pull it off!?! Plenty of well lit parking, with easy access for all. And, with so many folks in-n-out (hey, that's a Cali burger chain ... lol ..) I'd say one can feel safe here.

Always love Golden Corral. Service friendly and food was good. Certain items could've been better and they could've stayed up on some of their food, but all in all I give them 9 out of 10.

We just ate here and oh my God. They are 100 times better then before on service and food. The food was hot and fresh. The servers were great on making sure we were happy with drinks and ordering food. Also explained the new process very well to us. I had the hand dipped strawberries and wow just wow. They were about the size of my fist! The chicken tenders my husband had were huge also and very delicious. We hope that everything stays how it is with the service and food. Definitely coming back soon :)

Always love coming to a Golden Corral. Always clean and staff always attentive. Best place to come and dine in for just yourself or for a family. Always look forward to coming here.

I get that this is not the place to get quality food. But edible is helpful too. The "burger bar" is just on a skillet with already made burgers that are cold mostly bread and way over done. The fish and hush puppies also the same. The fires were cold. The onion rings were decent. And the chicken tenders that were fresh are passable. No longer eating at these.

Staff was great... Selection of food was great... Steak was tasty as can be... Everything I ate was great... Best Golden Corral I have been to between Abingdon Virginia and Knoxville TN.

Very good food on the buffet. You have alot of different choice's to choose from. And it's all u can eat from the buffet
