Williamsburg Golden Corral is way better than the one back in Whitehall Pennsylvania. The food is just way more flavorful.

The only part of your post that is correct, is that the gentleman who usually runs the grill in the evenings does have a very poor demeanor. Otherwise, the selection, and quality, of the food is great.
This Golden Corrall is probably one of the best on the East Coast. The layout and food is great. And to answer your question, yes, they do serve amazing breakfast.

Cheaper for seniors
This question is as complicated as it gets. Similar as a restaurant's menu is to apply nutritional information. There are so many variants it would be nearly impossible to ask the question accurately. Am/pm, lunch/brunch, dinner/breakfast, old/young, drinks/water, in/out, coupon/or not. Veteran's day/Memorial day. Whew, I'm exhausted. Just go there or not; leave the cooking and dishes; enjoy. They charge you before you eat so there will be no surprise. They have a "supper" computer to figure out the details. Hope this clarifies things up.
