Felt super rushed. Walked in and was informed we only had an hour before they closed. That they were closing an hour early. Okay? The floor was filthy, you could tell the staff had just given up for the night. I understand restaurant jobs are hard. I work one myself, but Jesus im still a paying customer at least treat me as such. Also heard the manager on Duty talking bad about a customer that had complained earlier in the night. Super unprofessional.

Food was good, not really worth the price. The smell of sewer was a turn off. It was horrible. They need to get that fixed. Asap.

It's just an average buffet, with just ok food. It was clean and the service from the servers was great(don't forget to get cash back for a tip when you pay upfront). The price is slightly higher than I thought, but the variety was good.

Variety of food is awesome yuuuum.... Ft Wright location needs a little updating, the carpet gross fr like why carpet? Pretty grimy when you look around at the floors. Dont look if you wanna keep your appetite.

Parking at lunch time was plentiful, the entry was clean and the temperature inside was perfect. Unfortunately there were some less than clean plates and eating utensils. The server, Yvonne, was very friendly and ever present when needed. Finally, the food choices were as at all buffets, in a wide variety. The burgers were on hard buns, the cheese was not great and the burger was a pre-made freezer patty. The fried chicken was awesome and the pulled pork was edible. Overall, I would go again but not until I forget why I dislike buffets.
