Golden Corral

This restaurant is for lack of better words- disgusting. The place is dirty the food is over cooked almost burned. The salad bar has ice in it like when it's stored it's put in freezing temperatures then served that way. The meat is cheap and you can tell. The buffet always is messy from spills and staff does not clean it. I really can't stand it. I don't even know why I gave it 2 stars should be less so I changed it to 1. No need to reply I definitely will not be coming back. This restaurant needs so many improvements, I don't see that happening. BTW clean your windows...gross!

Our first time there happened to be on Thanksgiving as we were in town visiting a friend. The food was well stocked and everything was fresh and hot and tasted great. The staff was extremely friendly and prompt in their service and really nothing was left for wanting in my visit on the holiday. I give them a major thumbs up for pulling it off so expertly. 👍

It was very clean and the staff is very nice. The manager was helping at each station. The food was good. The man at the grill cooked the steak great and he was also nice. I don't care for the Golden Corral in Lima but I enjoy this one each time we go.

Our server was nice and the steak was good. The food overall wasn't as good as it use to be in my opinion.

I went to eat at this restaurant with my sister and nieces. The man at the register tried to direct us to a different section and my sister was already sitting down. He would not let her sit there but rather than explaining why she couldn’t sit there he proceeded to raise his voice and then out of nowhere asked for our receipt and told us to leave. He was being extremely unprofessional throughout the whole encounter and I would not recommend going here again. Ridiculous that this is their definition of customer service.

Very bad attitude from the guy who made steak. The manager can't solve employee attitudes problems looks like boy friend and girl friend. Never come back

The food was excellent as always. The staff has always been pleasant.

It was stuffing and so yummy but i do recommend you put lids on your food cause of the virse thats going around

A group of us went for lunch.They were expecting us and had tables ready and got us seated quickly. The buffet is well stocked with salad makings, soup, and a variety of foods. I had soup, tacos (which I put together myself), vegetable's, mashed potatoes, gravy, beef with onions and carrots, fried chicken-freshly made, roll, banana cream pudding, pumpkin pie and jello. Must, have been good because I went to the buffet 4 times. They also had meatloaf freshly made with barbeque sauce, which a friend had.They also had ice cream and cones. You can't go wrong and the price is right.

Its decent. Variety of food for everyone. Vegetables, fish, chicken, beef, pork. My complaints are that the foods aren't changed very often. The fries and onion rings were cold. Many other items were cold. It cost around $15 per person which is quite expensive. I wouldn't care about the cost if the service and food quality was good.

We used to eat here frequently however the last time we ate here we got up and left abruptly due to a roach walking down the booth towards us. The food has always been been pretty decent and staff nice, but that was very gross. And also the bathrooms could use more attention.

I love the fresh carve Steaks and the different meats that you can have the way you want! The fish the shrimp! Desserts! Mmmmm!

The location is good & its clean inside. The staff are very kind & helpful. They have so many options to choose from - if you feel like breakfast, there's eggs, shredded hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, French toast, pancakes, grits, fruit etc. & lunch items - steak, pork chops, french fries, fish, salad bar, pot roast, mashed potatoes, fried okra, collard greens etc. Drinks they have pop, juice, water & small cartons of milk byb their cereal. You have a variety of dessert choices including a chocolate fountain! I highly recommend this buffet

Pretty much what you'd expect from a buffet. The food isn't the quality of a table service restaurant, but the variety is excellent and obviously it is all-you-can-eat. The lunch price is a better value, but they have cooked-to-order steak at dinner. If you don't want steak, go during lunch hours. Save a few more bucks and just get water. Refills are a bit slow anyway.
