Food is fairly good. Service is poor. Mistake was made with our order over the phone (for what it's worth, everyone in my house swears I said the order correctly). I have no problem with mistakes, I'd even be willing to accept that it was my fault, and to pay for an extra dish (which I did have to do), but what was really upsetting was that the cashier was rude and insistent that it was impossible for him to get the order wrong. He also claimed to have asked me a lot of questions on the phone to absolutely confirm that I ordered the correct dish, which seems ridiculous, especially considering the phone call took ~20 seconds.

Great little family owned and operated business. Not sure if it is a franchised chain restaurant or not but this particular place is amazing. I go there 2-3 times a month and have never had a bad meal. The owners are extremely kind and work hard. Probably my favorite take-out place in Williamsburg.

We get dinner from Golden China every Saturday. I don’t know what it is they do, but everything I’ve had is better than I’ve gotten at other restaurants. Even the rice. Plain, white rice. Theirs is better. I’m vegan and I find plenty of delicious dishes that I can eat. My favorite is General Tso’s tofu.The employees are always pleasant, the service is fast, the restaurant itself is clean and attractive. I highly recommend Golden China to anyone looking for great Chinese food.

Food was ok but where we are from the amount of money we spent we were expecting something free when you purchase a certain amount of food..we're visiting Williamsburg.. but overall it was fine the people were very friendly!!

I’ve been here three times now and about to order my 4th. The food is fresh. Taste very nice. Authentic and clean. They prepare fresh vegetables and their shrimp fried rice and Shrimp Chop Suey is delicious. Gonna try Ppper steak tonight. I’ve enjoyed everything. Their plain steamed rice is fresh. I’m picky and like CLEAN. THIS PLACE IS GREAT TO ME!!!

Best Chinese I've had in recent memory. Fresh ingredients and nice sized portions at a good price. The restaurant was very clean and the staff friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the pineapple chicken and egg rolls.
