Beyond imagination. We lined up for 1 hour 15 mins to order our food. YES! Is this even consider as fast food? What a joke! Employee argued with customers and they still feel they are right. OMG. This place is simply dirty. No one ever care to clean their table. Food is ok. Lots of beggars come and ask for free food and money! Avoid it even if you are craving for chicken. It will be faster for you to fly to AMSTERDAM and have a KFC there.

Poor experience Apart from hairs in my fries - which were weirdly lukewarm - I was accosted three times by a bunch of homeless people loitering around this establishment, asking for food or money. Managers didn’t seem to care. I normally don’t bother to write negative reviews based on a single bad experience, but dining at this KFC was outstandingly awful to me.

A GIANT COCKROACH (at least 15 cm) also waited in the line and and entered the kitchen as there is no barrier between the desk and the restaurant. The food? Directly to the trash!!!

Staff not very polite...the management worse....very rude....spider webs all over the place...place not clean at all...to avoid....voucher couldn't use as not recognised by the management....

I got food poisoning here!! The place is unhygienic and I saw rats near the doors. I'm pretty sure they have them in the kitchen too.This place needs to be checked out!

Quite busy place, located in city centre underground station. Restaurant seems to be pretty old with old furnitures and lights. Service was okay although Waiting is a big issue here during peak time. It has got a large number of seats. Washroom can be used only by restaurant guests as the washroom needs code to be opened, which can be found on bill after purchase only.
