How do you serve bad coffee? Water it down. Needed a good cup of coffee and a cupcake. Yuck, dry and no taste. Remind me and others to avoid this place.. and. O, I don’t like Starbucks. Just a medium roast with flavor..

Wasn't busy when I went and service was friendly and quick. BUT they hand out so much single use plastic its gross - my bagel was put in a plastic container... Why? ATL is LEED Platinum and the vendors inside should be held to a similar environmental standard.

Waited almost 20 mins for an egg and cheese bagel. Manager appeared tobe hustling but it was very disorganized and employees were rude and disrespectful to manager. Not listening and ignoring her. She ended up refunding me which I appreciate but this place honestly embarrassment to Goldberg's name. Love this place typically but this one in the airport is terrible.
