Charming. Original. Fresh. Delicious. Exceptionally great service from Sarah. Reasonably priced and I especially like that the servings are not gargantuan. They work hard to reduce waste and honor the efforts of everyone involved with getting food from farm to table. We had Spaghetti Carbonara, Gnocchi, and green salad.

Waiter didn't really help me understand the menu, and having a menu in chalk on the opposite side of the restaurant where I could barely read it didn't help, neither did the paper menu help me understand the portion sizes. The restaurant was busy and I don't think the waiter wanted to waste his time explaining everything.It also took a while to get our food. The prices on the menu were decent, for what I could understand.Otherwise it was an okay meal, however I don't think we're coming back.

Lovely place with wonderful food. The almond chocolate tarte was amazing. My mushroom fennel dish had lots of mushrooms and a rich delicious flavor. The appetizers are fun and inexpensive (spicy chickpeas, anchovy wrapped olives)

Was a very authentic Italian restaurant. Down side was that the bar didn't have a silver rum. Was also thrown off when the waiter brought my side without my entree. The restaurant was also very slim on seating and menu choices.

Went with a group and shared many of the dishes on the menu. Food and service were outstanding. Drinks were very good as well.

The most flavorful Italian food I have had in a long while. However the portion sizes are not great and leave you craving for a tad more, given how great it all tastes. Also, even though I went in around 9:30 PM, it took FOR EVER for the food to arrive and because of how small the portion size was and how great the food was, we were left dissatisfied when we gobbled it up on record time. Found it crazy that no bread was offered while we waited. Overall I would go back for the food, though my frequency of return will be tempered because of the small portions and the cost of meal relative to its ability to satisfy my appetite.

Excellent food. Quality ingredients. Perfect preparation, presentation. Service was just right!! One of the best meals I've ever had in Durm, NC

Great atmosphere, the staff is super friendly and highly knowledgeable about the menu, and, of course, everything on the menu is delicious. This is easily the best restaurant in North Durham. Definitely don't miss it, but be aware that you will probably need a reservation, even on most weeknights.

Not too bad. Seasoning could of been better and the red sauce was decent. With that said I cannot tell you I would go back or recommend this place.

What a great place to eat... now the wait is not for everyone, however the food is fantastic and staff is remarkable. I recommend making reservations and be patient.... it's not olive garden.
