they should get a Z for all the unethical practices they do. using old frozen items and thawing them out in a microwave, then serving you them as if that's how it should be. they have the audacity to say all their foods are frozen??? we're not in a frozen isle buying frozen foods!?!? I've caught them serving me a wonton soup with the most disgusting wontons that were frozen for very long time and weren't edible because they were so rubbery and had no actual vegetables in them but mainly dough. the staff states that's how wontons come.. I've had other wonton soups from other "vegan" places and they were not flat, rubbery, and had real vegetables in them. their brown rice smells as if it was cooked in mop water, their vegetables are extremely old and smell nauseating. another a-hole exploiting the vegan community for their financial gain. boycott them as i have.

You can however not really needed.

There is some kosher certification,but NOT the strictest,orthodox Jewish authorities.
