Very rude staff. I ordered flat white and this lady gave me espresso with warm milk. She was coughing over milk jug when she was making too. So I asked for change because it’s not hygiene and she made something which I didn’t ask for. She answered me back “this is flat white. Flat white has no form. Cappuccino has a lot of foam, latte has less foam, flat white has NO FOAM.” She talked to me like what a stupid customer...come on I used to be barista. This people are not only rude and but also has no knowledge about coffee at all🙄🙄

Rated I have always liked their coffee but this time was a fiasco. We called for fruit smoothies:1. Mixed berries smoothie: medium-21 AED2. Mango Smoothie: medium- 21AEDWe had repeatedly asked the barista if it was made from fresh berries/fruits and would it taste like a cooler . The answer was that it’s made from frozen purée.It felt like ice water with an ounce of fruit juice.I would always recommend their coffees but not fruit smoothies.Ambience: regular cafe place. Nice place to have coffee and a bite Price: average, slightly expensive.Service: decent. Verdict: yes to coffee, no to smoothies

Usually I enjoy with the coffee here but this thime was terrible even so I asked to be changed but the same and the staff was not friendly at all.

Coco loco highly recommend it"Hot Mocha" is okay!They do not provide the usual table of customer services to increase sugar or chocolate ... etc
