Gloria Jean's Coffee Bean

Gloria Jean's has wonderful coffee, and I have always loved this place!This location is right in the center of Southern Park Mall. I will go here if I'm already in the mall, but I definitely wouldn't go into the mall just to grab this coffee. The location is pretty inconvenient if you like their coffee and want it when you're not going to the mall for anything else. It would be great if they opened a location outside of the mall! The coffee tastes delicious, and I prefer this over Dunkin, but not over Starbucks. The service is pretty good. There's usually a long line at this location, and it moves at a relatively good pace. Staff members are overall pretty friendly. Prices are a little above average.Overall, I would recommend Gloria Jean's if you are in the mall and looking for a place to grab a good coffee!

Straight coffee here is terrible. Do not order an espresso, I'm nit really sure what it is they give me but its too much water and no to very little crema. Not a coffee place to visit. I can say that their blended drinks are not bad. I don't drink those so just not my place.

I used to come here every day. I sincerely love Gloria Jean's; however I feel like the way my drink tastes depends on the day or on who makes it. As crazy as that sounds, it's true. And while I like to think I'm adventurous once in a while, when it comes to my iced vanilla coffee, I didn't realize how many variations to this drink there were. The workers are all fantastic, nice, and friendly people; I would just appreciate a little more consistency in their product.
