Globe Market

I had a combo meal, half sandwich and cup of soup. The soup was a delicious beef chili, in a good size cup. My choice of sandwich was a cranberry chicken salad on whole grain bread. With dark greens, fresh tomatoes and more it was too thick to put my mouth around. It was very filling. Two combo meals and drinks was about $25. Well worth the price. It is a homey place with several tables for dining in. It is a nice little market. The dessert options looked great, but I was too full to try any.

Always a great meal. I highly recommend the portobello sandwich from the grill, and the broccoli salad! Don't forget a cookie or bar, the baked goods are enough to make you forget your meal 😋

Very Good food and Fast Service

Had a fabulous lunch here! Service was super friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. Seating was comfortable and homey. The food was fantastic--- homemade soups were delicious and the quiche was perfect. With so many dining choices in Buffalo, this one stands out as being one of the best!

Globe Market provides amazing homemade healthy food! The staff is always friendly even when they are packed for lunch. Out of the 50+ times I have visited there is only one instance where there was an error with my order and the owner, Alice immediately ensured it was corrected. This is a great business that I will continue to support!

Update from October 2019: my companion and I wanted to go out for a bite and decided on Globe. We were both completely underwhelmed. We both bought wraps, his tasted like a hint of roasted peppers. Mine tasted like a medley of lettuce. Completely disappointed.2018: My experience with Globe Market is fantastic. I've always been wary of trying tofu, but their tofu wrap slayed me. Everything is fresh and any problem is addressed. For nice summer days it's a great place to get a bite and sit out on their patio. If you're taking a trip down the Elmwood strip, give this place a try.

Consistent high quality soups, salads, sandwiches and a few other dishes. One of my favorite places for a fast meal.

Great food. Friendly staff. For the price of the sandwiches I would love to get more than four tortilla chips on the side. That was really odd.

DoorDasher forgot half our food. Called and the manager from Globe delivered it to us within minutes and was so nice. Great food, excellent customer service.

The food is ok, prices are higher than serving sizes would indicate, and the men's bathroom is atrocious. One of the chefs is consistently occupying the 5 minute parking in back, and overall I'd rather go to Panera across the street, even though this place is local (not something I usually say).

The courtyard area in front of the market was fabulous. We sat under a porch area. Each table had a linen tablecloth. There was soft, enjoyable music playing over a speaker. The food, variety and prices were great also. They use freshly baked bread for their sandwiches. The employees were very helpful, as this was our first visit. It certainly will not be our last!

Tomato basil soup is an absolute must!
