Glaze Teriyaki

I have really enjoyed my experience every time I've come here. Food is simple, but balanced, and a very fair price, especially compared to other restaurants in Madison (seriously, how often can you get an entree for around $8?). I love the chicken thigh teriyaki plus the carrot ginger dressing. When I've tried the other meats, they weren't too great--the chicken breast was really dry and the steak was kind of tough, but the chicken thigh is always moist and flavorful. I wish it was easier to get to so I could eat there more often!

Rude customer service rep ... ordered an hour ago, called in to ask about the status and without asking who I was or for any info, I was told that when my order came in they had a rush in house and that someone would get to it shortly. I said okay and said well what is the status of my order that was placed an hour ago, and was told that a cook would get started on it now but that he didn't know how long it would be... Really? Good customer service can make up for being busy... but rudeness just doubles the problem.

Rude customer service. At first I thought they were just not in the mood, but this kept on happening throughout each visit (5 visits to be exact) and they treat me as if i were stupid! I swear to God the way they talk to me when i give them simple instructions about my food (e.g. put the sauce on the side) they look at me as if i was a crazy person!
