Glasz Bleu Oven

This was truly an evening to remember. I am food lover. I cook 6 or 7 meals a week for my family. I collect cookbooks. I am not easily impressed. I was more than impressed. I didn't want the evening to end. Good friends, drinks and a delicious charcuterie board @ Crafted & Curated. A lovely, long, 5 course meal @ Glasz Bleu. Warm greetings, food descriptions that were so spot on we were left speechless. If you are looking for a plain ol burger and beer joint, this is not it. Those are everywhere. If you want a nite out, a truly rich experience right here, close to home, in our little corner of the world. Then you must visit. Thank you Glasz Bleu, we appreciate what you are creating and imagining for the future!

I came here with a few of my girlfriends and it was an awesome experience. A bit pricey but it was well worth the quality of the food and the lovely, eclectic atmosphere. The staff was exceedingly competent and accommodating for dairy free options. The chef went above and beyond to make the culinary experience memorable.

I go with my wife to this great restaurant a lot! This is my favorite restaurant to eat. I go there routinely. The meals are excellent, the staff is friendly and the payment is affordable. I like going in this restaurant for a rich lunch.

I really enjoy their food and service, great area very close to where I live. The cashiers are always welcoming. Highly recommended.

You walk in and shimmering copper kitchenware catches your eye. On thick paper written in ink shares the menu for that day. A few dishes to choose from a variety of dishes. When you sit down, it is as if you are being hosted at a friend's house. Antique eclectic chairs and plates. Classic, quality, yet still comfortable. Highly recommend the pita and hummus - that was my favorite part. The dishes aren't too small and it filled us up. Glasz Bleu Oven is connected to Crafted and Cured - a beautiful place to get good alcohol that they will help pair with your meal. A great experience.

Bringing the big city to the Dayton area. Can’t say enough about the quality, care, and attention to detail at this outstanding restaurant. Hands down my goto place form this point forward. Chip and his talented chefs make the experience more than food and when you combine that with their passion, it takes this place to another level.

Best meal I have had in Dayton by far. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, a little disorganized, but made up for that in attitude and making sure you were satisfied. The food was great we had the sample menu, they have a name for it, and each dish was excellent. On top of that the setting was unique in a co-op space, that was organic not like the ones a corporation decides to through up.

Do not miss out on this amazing hidden gem in the gem city! Food is incredible. Atmosphere is to die for.

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had! Chip explained the entire menu to us and what he thought would be a good fit for us. The food came out quick, was super fresh, and some of the best food I have ever had. It’s one thing to have great food, but another to have amazing hospitality. Highly, highly recommend!!!!

Unique experience with great drinks, food, and atmosphere.

The food here is wonderful! The prix fixe menu exceeded expectations for the price. Everyone in our group was amazed by the large quantity and quality of the servings we received as well as the passion of the staff for the food they were serving. If I'm ever back in Dayton, this will be the first spot I go to for dinner.

We set at the chef's table right in front of the chefs preparing all the dishes, that was uniquely interesting and fun to converse with the chefs. All the food was very good and filling. They prepared a 6 course meal and 2 different desserts for 4 of us. It is well worth that experience to be surprised as to what dish comes next.

The place offers a great variety of delicious food. I like dining here. Staff members are always kind, prices are convenient and the spot is always clean.

Great atmosphere and the food is original fantastic thinking outside of the box. Very cute and quaint neat things to look at love the pizza oven definitely need something that stands out and is different beautiful just love everything about this little place. like it’s a place you must go and try out
