That's really unfortunate. It's too bad he had that experience. Regrettably, we all have bad days from time to time. I've enjoyed my experience with them since well before they were at the Harlingen location and I've never had an issue with either the service or the product. I've always found the service to be prompt and very friendly. I hope he gives them a chance to redeem themselves. In my opinion, there are very few local coffee shops that can reach the level of quality and flavor that you find at Girl Of All Trades.
