This is a local family owned pizzeria.sorry to say ordinary at best.The place was empty at the height of the lunch hour.Pizza sauce was weak and not memorable. Great food, great service, great staff. Some issues with their equipment (PC, soda machine). We didn't know, until they told us. Serving size was AWESOME!

Order was placed at 6:11pm and expected to arrive between 6:31pm and 6:46pm. It is after 7:30pm and the delivery is still not made. No notification or call about a late arrival. Had to go there personally because they wouldn't answer the phone. They claimed to never have received the online order. This is the 2nd time this has happened. First time the delivery was a hour and a half late.

Pizza was undercooked, not crisp enough with the crust, raw peppers and onions, I've had really good pizza from this place but this time it was just like why did I spend 22 bucks for this. Plus they said it would be twenty minutes, we get there after 24 minutes and we see theres only like 3 people in the restaurant but he hasn't started to the pizza yet, but loves to compliment himself about how good he is at cooking when our food hasn't even been started.

Very good food, quite delicious!! They were short staffed, but took very good care of us. We didn't feel like we had to wait excessively long for our food. Everything seemed to be freshly prepared, quality ingredients! I highly recommend checking them out!!

Worst customer service ever.Very unprofessional and worst experience ever. The two owners were arguing and screaming at each other, the male was sweating and wiping his nose while making the pizza without any gloves. They yelled at multiple customers, and when we had to wait for an hour and 45 minutes for them to yell at us for some sort of compensations for the long wait he screamed at us. Very rude and disgusting place.

Just returned from Brooklyn and had many a slice during my visit, Giovanni’s is good or even better. Just the right amount of sauce, cheese and thickness. Great slice.

called on a Friday night the gentleman ( an older guy) who on the phone was rude cut me off hung up on me I had to call back to get my total and ask how long until my food was ready it was so bad I cancel the order gather pizza but the wait time is crazy always an hour plus... I went to joey Ds in an out an had no problems
