If I could give a negative star I would. It was horrible. The pizza was raw. My fiancé ordered wine and it had cork in it. The bathroom for men was broken and the women’s bathroom was disgusting. There was actually blood spattered on the wall and pubic hair on the toilet. The waiter was not attentive at all. Disrespectful to the name they have.

This has to be the worst experience I had for a pick up at any food establishments. Unclear directions for pick up. I gave my husband my ID and credit card (what they told me to do on the phone) to go pick up the food after waiting for 45 minutes. They refused to give him the food stating they can’t accept the payment without me being present. My boyfriend then requested that they deliver the food and I can come down and sign for it and he declined. I’ve never seen someone act so unprofessional and clueless in my life. Will never order from this establishment again.

A lot going on in each Chicago-style slice of pizza from Giordano's in Pilsen area. I think, like lasagna, it needs a day to rest before actually eating to really enjoy, but then again I'm just visiting from east coast. "It's a bread bowl with sauce." said one guy on TV a while ago. No, it's quite more than that from my experience. Give it a try, you might be surprised.

Giodanos was one of the best pizza places I've been too! Really good deep dish pizza, with good customer service too. Everything put together the place was a solid 9/10

As a first timer, I wasn't really wowed by the Chicago style deep dish pizza. It was prepared well though, so it just might be my preference. Very friendly service with the cashier and server. The mozzarella triangles were really good though.
