Reservation:I would appreciate you will contact your concierge at Hotel. No direct communication is available. Nihombashi Ginza, Sushi Restaurant (Edomae) in Nihombashi, Tokyo Glitz and glamour are abound as you make your way to what is best described as an authentic and refined sushi restaurant. The superb quality here derives from this, having amiable Master Chefs that strike a balance among all the ingredients that go into the process, and strategically planned out space to literally deliver freshness. The catch about the lay out is it allows for perfectly prepared Edomae (pre-Edo period style) sushi to arrive on your plate in an appropriate time that guarantees maximum flavor and wholesomeness. This is the reason most seats are along what is one of the classiest looking sushi bars you will ever lay eyes on.

Spectacular quality, friendly staff and great execution. Worth every yen! Bit hard to find it's on the 6th floor which Google doesn't mention that well but trust me you want to find this place !!!!!

Beautiful, high-quality, and delicious. This upscale sushi restaurant delivers what you would expect for the price you’re paying.

We wrote this on Facebook: English menu and English speaking staffs. Authentic omakase style restaurant and experience. Felt very private with our own chef, foods were prepared with extreme care and great specialty. Thanks very much and we will be back!
