Been going here for over 20 years... Still the best place in Wisconsin for hibachi style Japanese. I've literally been to just about every hibachi on this side of Lake Michigan as well as many in Japan (although it is actually a rarity there.) Sometimes service is questionable but that happens with part time labor. Easily made up for with the best tastes.

Fun experience, my nephew had never been there before.

Ginza was my first Sushi/Hibatchi restaurant experience. I enjoyed the personal chef and the enertainment he provided cooking our food. I had a great time with my girlfriend here and I would suggest it as a date destination. I had the filet and it was one of the tastiest pieces of beef I have ever had. This is one of my favorite places to eat!

The food was good, but you don't come here for the fine dining, you come here for the experience. The price (not cheap) is clearly paying for the chef experience, it fine dining or cuisine.

Such good rolls. The Hibachi is yummy, especially the Filet Mignon.

I think this is the best priced sushi place in town.I can go in and spend about 30$ and leave with a full stomach. There is a huge variety also. Most rolls don't cost over 10$The sushi chef is friendly and the staff are polite.

Best sushi in town. I have gone to many places and always come back. If I have a complaint it's the decore. They need new carpet, the bathroom doesn't work to well and it's very dark. In need of update badly.

Food at Ginza was fabulous. The hibachi steak and shrimp was perfect, and the more traditional fare was equally delicious. Tea rooms are fairly authentic and a fun change from traditional American seating. Small differences from other hibachi/sushi restaurants I've been to (no complimentary salad or post-meal tea with a combo), but nothing I would hold against them!
