Customer service needs Improvement. the role was good

I used to love there spicy edamame however, recently they changed the recipe it is no longer spicy i dont know why or what they were thinking. Now i end up going elsewhere because what i loved go get is not the same even some of the cashiers and ones that make the sushi rolls wont do a custom roll and when i mean custom i mean where i askes to add avocado on top the roll and ill pay the extra they say oh we dont go outside how its made...like wth u talking about you mean the owner don't wanna make extra money...smh. disappointing

Food tasted old ordered the beef. Noodles were plane no flavor Definetly not eating here again. Giving 2 stars cause service was good.

Best sushi I've ever had. Go here and get the California rolls. Delicious!!! Sorry always forget to take pictures cause I finish it so fast. Lol

The food was good and not badly price.They should fix their digital menu to show ALL the menu itemsThey have food displays of plates and various sushi, but it's nowhere to be found on the menu. They are wasting a whole screen that could be used to show all the menu items instead.The line ends up being really long because every customer has to ask about these non-menu items and their prices before they can make a decision.

Honestly I've been eating here for quite sometime but recently they've been messing up on my orders and just today I got seriously ill after eating their bento bowl. It's just fine really. Except for that one time some kid almost stole my food.

I've given this place 2 tries. Each time the food is sub-par and over priced. It's greasy and watery at the same time. And the staff is always depressed and doesn't pay attention to you.

roll i ordered was POORLY wrapped. it fell apart immediately. customer service was meh, everyone looked miserable. two stars is only because the food is decent.

Stopped by for lunch. got the crunchy panko shrimp roll which was spicy. It was near $10 and not the best tasting roll I've had. One thing for sure it was filling. I was a bit disappointed on the quality of the food and was expecting it to be a bit beter

I ordered the CHICKEN bowl and it had a good amount of rice and chicken inside crispy tasty batter. This place offered a good selection of Ramune!! I had the grape one. My friends ordered thai tea with no boba and they were served in really chubby? Plastic clear cups. For people on a diet and petite this is too much food. The veggies were surprisingly sweet. I recommwnd it if you are really hungry!

This place is always good the food is more than great i love it! The milk tea is amazing.

Costumer service was great. My only issue is the food itself. It gave me real bad food poisoning. Sushi that I ate wasn’t fresh :/

If I could give his place 0 stars I would. I usually order California rolls and usually the portion is across the whole plate but today I ordered and it was regular price $7 something but she gave me HALF of that portion and made us pay the FULL price. So we paid SEVEN DOLLARS for like what 6 pieces of sushi and didn’t even tell us they made the portion smaller so they ripped us outta our money. I also saw her give a lady burned chicken so they didn’t cook it well either. When I’m waiting for my order this for some reason always happens one time I ordered boba and she “forgot” about me but instead remembered to give the person behind me their boba..... it also happened with the food too. I waited until everyone that was behind me got their food and I was still standing there and she was like “ohh what number are you”..... so she remembered to give everyone their food except for me. Ridiculous I’m never going to this place again.

This place doesnt even deserve a star. The vegetables sauce was just grease. One of the girls was rude, she should not be working at there. She ignored the cooks ring and served the food at her leisure. I asked for my food and she answered very rudely. No management answered the phone, even after continuous calls. This is possibly the worse place i have ever eaten and will not be coming back here again.
