Gino's Pizza

Ive personally only had good experiences with them, they ask for your phone number so that incase you want the same order its on file, their pick ups only take 15-20 like they said. It's a good price for a quick pizza and late night fix. My family has been regulars for about a month after they opened since it's convenient and near by!

Worst service worst customer service. Owner doesn't knows how to talk and apologize for his wrong doing.Not recommended.He blame customer instead.

Very rude staff don't know how to deal with clients and complaints. Also suck with the consistency in making pizza. GINO PIZZA should look at this franchise and shut it down.

an embarrassment to ginos franchise, they can’t take down an order right or give you the full order you pay for. I ordered a pizza pop combo they never brought the pop, over charged me and the pizza was wrong this isn’t the first time this has happened. I hope these dirt bags go out of business. They should take some night school classes to better understand there customers and should stop ripping everyone off

Walked in for pick up...and as always...the older man in his 40's was yelling and putting down one of his female employees right in front of a store full of waiting customers. I felt embarrassed and i dont even work there. Then had to wait for a bit till i got served. Greeted me with a very unfriendly "ya". Then not a single thank you or goodbye when leaving. Learn some manners and customer service you bitter man. I ve seen you argue with customers when its the stores fault for messing up the order.

I dont believe these ppl , I was there couple weeks ago , manager of this place only know how to fight with customer. No respect and no politness in his words and it was completely thier mistake to make my pizzaa wrong. If you dont know customer service , do not run a business pleaseeeee.

Pizza I ordered today was delicious. Consistent toppings and the cheese bordered over the edge of the crust.

TRIED BUTTER CHICKEN PIZZA IN INDIAN STYLE- AMAZING TASTE, WELL COOKED, VEGGIES WERE FRESH, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Sub par - Didnt listen to instructions. Owner needs to find another path of employment. Too bad the franchise allow owners like this.

I know they seem to have a low review rate but in fact I bought a pizza walk In special and was surprised to find out that my wife liked the pizza! Thanks Gino's for being literally a 1 minute drive away haha when myself gets hungry on my way home!
