Gino's

My family and I had a wonderful dinner. I will visit again very soon.

Waited a half hour for a slice of pizza that didn’t come, saw people come in after me that were served. While getting my soda my crutch went out from under me and I hit the floor was picked up by two customers waiting online no one asked if I was OK after waiting I walked out to my car no one said a word I walked back and asked to speak to the manager while I didn’t mention the fall I did mention that I’d waited half an hour he offered to get me my slice but I was too agitated at this point he then asked if I wanted a refund. There are no words

Food is great, but they must be training new staff tonight. Chaos.

Good but not as good as Gino lindenhurst

I just wanted a house salad, the woman at the counter was abrupt and indignant. She insisted I can only have the salad at the (3 tables or so) with wait staff, not the many other tables, or to go. My buddy ordered three slices to stay she proceeded with my order with disgust. Ran to the owner and ranted about us, went on and on about me and my order. She made me feel uncomfortable. After my buddy finish his pizza, and twenty minutes later I asked for my salad, and it wasn’t ready. I canceled the salad, and asked for my money back. The woman got more nasty to me, and asked for my recipe. I asked for someone els. The owner had to come over to refund me my money. It was apparent he sided with her, with the attitude he had. I just wanted a small house salad. I still don’t know why there was such a problem?

Food is cooked perfectly with alot of flavor! Love coming here, never disappointed

I placed a take out order for Stella Di Mare tonight and it was ready upon my arrival . Great 👍 food 🥘 and service is found here . A must visit for great 👍 Italian food 🥘 !

This review consists of two different parts.Gino's earns 5 stars for their selection of slices and the quality of their food, in general. However, their delivery earns 1 star. On several consecutive occasions, the delivery took over 1 hour and the food was cold. The bottom line is that if you want anything from Gino's. go pick up yourself.

Their takeout menu does not reflect their current prices, and when I ordered something they just said, oh, I guess the price went up. They should either honor the posted prices or update their menus. They charged me the higher price. I ordered something to stay, and they asked my name. We sat down, and I kept waiting for them to call me when it was ready. In that time, my Friend finished his meal, and I got up to ask about my order. The blank faced worker turned around and took something off the top of the stove and handed it to me. They never even called my name to say it was ready. It was like warm and I returned it. Done with Gino's!
