Bento bowl price range is good and taste is goodLarge is a lot of sheep.Honestly, I can feel less than Kyukyu ExpressThe quality of the side dish varies depending on the student Alba.Sesame chicken is the best

Try the sesame chicken and fried rice. A beautiful combination

7-31-17 Beef with mushroom and pea pods - very good should be on the menu all the time.

As long as you avoid the times right when they open, the service is quick with hardly any line. The sesame chicken is their best dish with any of their rice. It is a bit expensive, but they give you enough food to justify it.

I had really good memories of their Sesame Chicken from a few months ago, but when I went there last week, it was actually pretty bad. Did not have any of the tinge of spiciness that it previously did, and the fried rice was also just okay. Overall a pretty bad experience food-wise. The server was nice though, and gave me extra chicken and less rice as per my request.

This is essentially QQ express but healthier for you. Go to QQ express for some food for you soul.

Very good stir fry, will have to wait in line during lunch, but that shows you how much students here enjoy this place

Honestly a great place to get food. Many people think it’s bad because “the line is too long†or “we had to wait for them to cook more†or the “seasame suckedâ€. I for one, understand a food business and if it was so bad there wouldn’t be a line 200ft long every shift they are open. Be patient, respectful, and kind and you will have a good experience.

It's a good meal at a fair price. However, they really need to cutback on the amount of onions!

A line cook at Ginger root heard me asking about the menu (Tofu is usually on mondays) and went above & beyond to make me a satisfying meal! People are awesome!

I appreciate having Chinese food on campus. This place was quite good the first time I tried it a couple of years ago, but something must have changed since. Today I got a bento with 2 entrees. The tofu (in Broccoli and fried tofu) was all dried out and not really edible. The chicken with mushrooms had no flavor and the chicken was also way too dry. It would be nice if Union South could hire some people who actually know how to cook.

Food is pretty good but they're always out of fried rice

The sesame chicken is super addictive. Awesome place to go for lunch when you are cramped between 2 lectures.

The food is delicious and cooked fresh daily. It accepts Wiscard too if your a university students or staff. It seems to always have a line though but it goes fast.
