I love to sit outside. There outside view is too much romantic.

Here "4th Christmas Day" eaten with friends, however, both the food and service quality was below standard. It started with a 10-minute wait before a drink order was taken and then a long wait before the food could be ordered. Cards were closed on the table; the signal seems to me. Subsequently, the food order was processed incorrectly, simple pizzas how difficult it can be (an unfinished pizza, one completely wrong and one without ham). When everything was returned, they quickly popped up the pizzas and quickly threw some ham on them. No service recovery after that, nobody interested. That something goes wrong is okay, after all, it is a memsen business. But not being able to follow up properly indicates no service quality and no heart for the guests. People with a real passion for service would be embarrassed.All in all not recommended, regrettable experience both in food quality and service quality. Both really need to be in better order.

Yesterday, my daughter and myself went for a meal at Gina's. Although I have been there many times (it was my third visit to the restaurant this month alone), I was very disappointed with the service. Between the starter and the main meal, it took them almost 1.30 hour to deliver! This happened after we had asked them twice about the delay. The first person we asked just looked at her tracking device and said the order was on its way without checking with the kitchen and the second told us it would be delivered within minutes! When the meal finally arrived (we had ordered two pizzas, nothing complicated), there was no explanation or apology on their part whatsoever as to why our order had been delayed for so long! I did not leave a tip this time as I felt totally outraged by their behaviour!

The pork I recieved was burnt, service was slow and unpersonal; I feel we've seen every member of staff once during dinner.

Beautifully situated on the edge of the Leidschenhag shopping center on the water, this place is a relief to just relax. The breakfast a nice and tasty combination where I find worth mentioning that the service is extremely attentive and attentive. We had to take some medication for breakfast. This was noted on which water was immediately offered. Something that we experience little in the Netherlands and deserves a big compliment. The young man who served us should therefore not remain unmentioned. You would like to have someone like that work for you. Thanks!

Never too crowded, diverse menu (pizza, pasta, fish, meat), nice ambianceDessert is dull: mostly icecream with ... and tiramisu. Therefore I skipped dessert and my scales are happy
